ASRAM 2026 secretariat provides attendees with the opportunity to reserve rooms at a special discount at Jeju Oriental Hotel, the venue of the ASRAM 2026.

To reserve a room, please follow the instructions below. Discounted rooms are limited to a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any inquiries regarding reservations, please contact rsv@oriental.co.kr or call at +82-1588-1235.
Step 1.
On the main page (https://www.oriental.co.kr), select your stay dates and number of guests, then enter the corporate code of “ASRAM” in the Corporate Code field. You can change it to English by clicking ‘Language’ button in the upper right corner.
홈페이지 (https://www.oriental.co.kr), 메인 화면에서 투숙 일정과 투숙 인원을 설정한 후, 기업체 코드 입력란에 코드 “ASRAM”를 등록합니다.
Step 2.
Click the “View Details +” icon for “ASRAM 2026 Korean Nuclear Society” displayed on the screen.
화면에 표시되는 “ASRAM 2026 한국원자력학회” 항목의 [상세보기 +] 아이콘을 선택합니다.
Step 3.
Select your preferred room type, then click the “Next” button on the right side of the screen.
객실 타입을 선택한 후 우측 화면의 다음단계 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
Step 4.
Click the “Book” button for the room, then click “Select” below.
예약하기 아이콘을 선택 후 선택 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
Step 5.
Reconfirm the stay dates and number of guests, then click the Next Step icon.
투숙 일정과 투숙 인원을 다시 한번 확인한 후, [다음 단계] 아이콘을 선택합니다.
Step 6.
On the Guest Information page, enter the required details and click “Proceed as a Guest (Non-Member)”.
Enter your credit card number and expiration date, agree to the collection and use of personal information,
and then click “Complete Reservation” to finalize your booking.
고객정보 입력 페이지에서 정보를 입력한 뒤 [비회원으로 예약 진행하기] 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
이후 결제 카드번호 및 유효기간을 입력하고, 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의에 체크한 후 [예약 완료] 아이콘을 선택하면 예약이 완료됩니다.
Step 7.
After your reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
The price for this package includes the room rate for one night and breakfast for one adult.

예약이 완료되면, 기재하신 이메일 주소로 예약 확정 메일이 발송됩니다.
해당 상품의 가격은 1박 객실 요금과 성인 1인 조식이 포함된 금액입니다.
